Christina

Christina Fu
Founder and Executive Director

Christina came to the UK to study in 2001 and completed a master’s degree in marketing management in 2006. She completed postgraduate education studies and gained teaching qualifications in 2012. Her experience in British schools gives her a detailed understanding of the education system. She has supported international students through guardianship and progression to Russell Group universities, including her long-standing student Cecilia. Christina works closely with students to understand their needs and plan education pathways suited to each child.

Martin

Martin Hustwick
Founder and Executive Director

Martin undertakes safeguarding training to support student welfare and safety. An experienced English teacher, he helps students develop their communication skills and become familiar with life and culture in the UK. His interests in food and gardening also provide opportunities for students to explore British everyday life and feel more at home.

Mr. Roger Baxer
English and English Literature Education Consultant

Mr Baxer holds a PGCE and has taught English in British secondary schools. With experience in English literature and GCSE English, he supports students with focused tuition and examination preparation.

Cindy
Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Cindy is a graduate of a Chinese university and brings more than ten years of experience in multinational companies. Her Chinese and English communication skills help bridge the gap between British schools and Chinese parents. Approachable and resourceful, she supports students with both academic and personal concerns and is a point of contact when they need help in the UK.
